    installed the new OS and 1/2 the sounds are gone in brick breaker. Are teh sounds gone for good or is something screwed up???

    Did you try going into Options and checking if everything is ok?

    Yes. Volumes are on, I only get an occasional sound when bouncing off the wall, Nothing off the bricks. Both seem to stop after a few levels.
