    i was upgrading my system. it had just backed up all my stuff, the program then began deleting everything to install the new system when everything crashed. it said some kind of error and that i needed to reload and restore everything. all i have on my phone is a white screen. i cannot connect my desktop manager to my device any longer, it doesn't recognize it. i bought a new cable just in case it caused the crash, still nothing. my computer also doesn't recognize/find the driver for the bb any longer.
    i have no clue what to do now, and i am hi-tech challenged am i screwed or what?

    any help out there.....please
