I'd look through app world...if you can't find one maybe someone can make one for you. Depending on how advanced you want it I might be able to make you one but I'm new to Themes so I can do anything advanced like fancy stuff on the homescreen. But I can change icons, wallpapers, fonts, and similar stuff like that.

I downloaded the Blackberry YouTube app. From there you can search Youtube through the app on your phone and find any videos. Then when you pull up the video you want, sit on the picture icon for the video and click the menu button. You get an option to save as ringtone. I just got the MM theme myself yesterday.
