    Ok so i just wiped a curve 8330 With JL_CMDER now loader is saying The Blackberry desktop Software does not have Blackberry Device Software For the device that you have connected to the computer. I have tried everything anyone know what could be the problem?

    Did you download the version of the software you want? If it is not the offical release by your carrier, remember to remove vendor XML file

    Disconnect from the internet and retry, desktop manager 4.7 will do that if it's conencted to the internet.
