    Hi All,

    I just experienced something that I thought I would share in hopes it will help someone out there.

    ISSUES:
    -Internet search said: "There is insufficient network coverage to process your request. Please try again later."
    -No calls were coming in, but I could call out at first. Then eventually calling didn't work at all
    -No data functioning at all

    These issues started late afternoon and progressively got worse through the evening. I tried the shutting off and pulling out the battery, but nothing worked. The next morning nothing worked at all.

    SOLUTION:
    -Go to "call log"
    -Above the type-box see what "line" the BB is set to. (e.g. Line 1 or line 2)
    -If set to "Line 2" and you see a number there that you don't recognize (mine was 000-000-0059), change it to Line 1 (should be your number)
    -Voila

    After discovering this fix I have learned that BB has the capability to hold 2 lines but not all cell providers have the ability (e.g Telus in Canada does not). Be sure that it is always set to Line 1.
