i have searched a lil bit...
my 8350i is messed up.
scroll wheel works. cant open anything with it tho but it will go up down left and right on the home screen. thats all i can do. it was in my holster and i bumped it and now it doesnt work. the posts i have seen are due to water damage. i left it unpluged overnight. just took it apart and tryed reputting the keyboard back on. when i did that it started spamming the letter Bbbbb...

a new keyboard can be bought for less than $30. check ebay. also, the 8350i keyboard is one of a kind. no other model will fit.

why i ask is because i havent had a job in 2 years and 30 bucks is alot atm...

if you haven't had a job in 2 years, the least of your worries should be a cell phone.

Try taking the front cover off and make sure there is no debris under plastic letters and also the letters are seated into the front cover not being pinched when snapping the cover back on.
