I went to advanced options and updated my wireless and now when i lock my phone i have to unlock by hitting mute. does anyone know how i can get my old lock feature back ( * + send)

Unfortunately, you can't. You basically have to use the Mute button now to unlock the phone. It's a new feature in latest 5.0 OS.

You can downgrade your BB using the Desktop Manager. Unfortunately, you can't do it with your phone itself.

Which is the last 5.0 version that DOESN'T have this feature?
Heard there was a (last) 5.0 version where the locking still had its own screen instead of putting the berry in the standby mode...
Is it still available for download btw?

He's got a 8520 (Gemini) not a 8530 (Aries). .459 if dor the 8530.

Find the leaked 5.0.0.411. Like all .4xx releases, it still uses the old lock style.
