    I updated my 8310 to the 4.5 software recently. It wasnt working so good (was really slow and would hang up a lot. Especially when I go to unlock it to use it. I usually have to pull my battery to get it to work after it locks up.)

    I then tried to update it to the new 4.5.124 software listed on this forum. My desktop software keeps saying software already up to date, but when I look on my BB it says 4.5.110 os is installed.

    How can I wipe this and start over to correct the problem?

    What version of DM are you using? If it's 4.7, I recommend you uninstall it and install 4.6 in it's place.

    Did you uninstall OS .110 from your PC? This could be an issue as well.

    Im using 4.7. I will uninstall it and install 4.6. I tried but it wouldnt let me. Im guessing cuz thats the os on my phone?
