i checked my BB and it does say .124 OS. why when i connect to BB desktop it tells me i have to update?? i did a battery pull also...

any idea why?

I'm on .124 and im not getting prompted, run through the update and before selecting to actually perform the update it should tell you whats its deleting, installing etc... You may have a module or two that is old. Happen to me on an older OS.

Also make sure you dont have multiple device OS's installed, try uninstalling all the device OS's off your PC then reinstall .124 and try running the DM again.

You can also uncheck the option to look for update when starting the DM.
