Hello, I just recently purchased this phone from someone, however, I cannot set up my email settings as theirs are still being received through this phone. Is there something that I can do so that I can remove his email settings so I can start receiving my emails? Thanks

You need to contact him and have him call his provider... they need to remove the PIN from his account.
