    I'm a relative newb when it comes to the Blackberry (converted Treo user....what the **** was I waiting for?) and I am having an issue with connectivity.

    I can send & receive emails for the most part. They come in spurts. I am getting NO internet connectivity with my browser. Everything seems pretty delayed if I get anything at all.

    I went into Manage Connections and ran a diagnostic. Even that times out. Any suggestions? I've tried a battery pull & clearing the cache, but no luck.

    Battery reset the device

    If this does not work resend the service books - options advanced options - host routing table - menu- register now.
