I had a work phone, the i8350 BB. Well work no longer pays so i got my own plan, same phone, new phone #. Everything works fine, but according to my phone, "My Number" is still my old number.

I went into options, sim card and it doesn't let me change my number. it's asking for a PUK code? Any ideas on how to change it?

It may take up to 6 hours for the system to catch up and update your phone information. Have you tried a battery pull, and then re-registering the phone on the network?

yeah re register on the net work after a battery pull or do a radio reset. ask sprint to resend your service books if anything that'll break the ice.

same thing happened to me with my 77100i a min ago,
either call tech support or delete my number so its blank and then do a radio reset. make sure to save a blank my number!
