OTA: http://bb.magmic.com/KaGlom01-18-09 06:38 PMLike 0 - I'm happy with my phone, everything works and I haven't had any issues with it. This is my first BB but I'm a long time Nextel user, my last phone was an i930. I originally had a Storm and didn't like it and returned it for a Pearl until the 8350 came out.
Aside from the settings changes it needed out of the box I really like it.
I feel bad for those that didn't do so well, there definitely seems to be a percentage of phones that have issues.01-18-09 08:44 PMLike 0 - I been having this same problem as well. I had two 8350i and I encounter this problem on both handsets. I finally decided to call Nextel Blackberry support and they gave me step by step instruction on what to do with my phone and how to resolve this issue. I was on the phone with tech support last week sometime and since then, I been recieving all my MMS and SMS messages. Sprint Nextel is aware of this issue and they hopefully to have this issue resolveby the end of January. I encourage everyone who is having this same problem to please call the Nextel Blackberry Technical Support @ 866-303-2450. The wait time is no more than a half and hour. But it worth the wait... Pass this information on to other ppl who are experience this problem.01-20-09 01:06 AMLike 0
- I'll have to look into a couple of these. So far i had the text message problem but i blended my text message and inbox together and it seems to be working pretty decently. I'm really liking this phone so far, just gotta work the bugs out...some people get to worked up, its not like the phones been out for 2 years.01-26-09 07:09 AMLike 0
- Visiting yahoo go download site through bb gives phone not supported message- how'd ya get it loaded?- would love to have this app- as for vlingo, i had loaded, but i cannot send text messages through it. I talked with vlingo support and they told me 8350i is not FULLY supported yet. For voice calls and e-mails, it works, but not for text messages.01-26-09 07:20 AMLike 0
- I've had my 8350 since just after Christmas and have to say I like it a lot more then the 7100i I have for about 3 years. I too had the MMS problem when I first got it but with the help of a couple of BB boards I was able to correct it without calling CS.
Regarding Jared's story about the CSR that spent all the time on the phone with him - I had an ongoing problem with my 7100i that I was on the phone with CS just about every day. I too got a younger (found out he was only 19) CSR who was willing to go out of his way to work on the problem. He even went as far as providing me his e-mail so that if I had a problem all I had to do was drop him an e-mail and he called me back within 15 or 20 minutes to work with me. All of a sudden I get a phone call one day from him telling me he got fired for spending too much time on the phone with customers. now he's working in a meat packing plant.
Mikey01-26-09 07:57 AMLike 0 - I love mine. I'm able to wifi at work which keeps me off the computer and makes it look like I'm doing work when in fact I am not. I am extremely happy to have my camera back. I have missed that going with the 7100. All in all I'm glad I bought the 8350. I haven't had any problems with it that a battery pull couldn't fix.
Posted from my CrackBerry at wapforums.crackberry.com01-26-09 08:39 AMLike 0 - I had a 7100i and love that thing to death. was on a waiting list for this one for six months. When i got the notice it was to come out I had to have it. Sure the texting thing is iffy at best sometimes but hey its a new phone give it time. Otherwise its a great phone. synced to my outlook and emailing is a breeze!!!!I love it! web browsing on wifi!! love it!!! okay I think I wore out my L O V E keys on my keyboard.01-27-09 12:30 AMLike 0

- I have had a few blackberrys and can't stop like they say its like crack lol but I just can't wait for the kinks and all to get fixed and then this phone will be great. Don't get me wrong love the phone now but always room for improvement lol. But overall can't complain to much
Blackberry user for life
Posted from my CrackBerry at wapforums.crackberry.com02-03-09 07:22 AMLike 0 - they are in the digital box of Idenberry! this i have noticed to be true but did not know for a while because i keep my jawbone connected. that's why it means so much to me to have my bluetooth ring separate ringtones for each caller.02-03-09 12:03 PMLike 0
