    JJ I loaded 4.5.0.124 on an AT&T 8310 less than a week ago. That last reboot took upwards of 20 minutes for me. Don't panic.

    no, I never reboot anything, should I? It's still plugged into the USB. Should I disconnect it from the USB and put my SIM back in?

    Thats the correct one, its actually 4.5.0.110 but the package apps or whatevver in it is 4.5.0.152..

    Either log onto your carriers BIS where you can edit your email info etc and resend from there, or find the manage internet email icon and follow that thru.

    I think he means you should be all good, as in cards of aces, as in a hand of aces, as in a good hand in poker, as in I don't know how to play poker, as in I don't know where I'm getting at haha! That hourglass reboot was long. I remember I didn't know what it was doing and the only thing I read about whitescreen hourglass was a WSOD with special appearance by HGOD (hourglass). So I did a battery pull like three times until I just let it do whatever. When the homescreen loaded I knew I fouled it up lol. Ended up getting a replacement as it was fubar.

    Sending Service books can be done by reading this link How do I resend my service books? - BlackBerryFAQ

    Doing this will enable your email services, data plan and browser. If you can't get it done, call the carrier and ask them for help.
