Okay, here we go:

1) I traded in my Pearl 8130 for a Curve 8330. I've already had lots of problems with it... I've had it for 1 day now, and I've already had to do a "Wipe Handheld" via Sprint Tech Support because it was just not functioning at all and half of the apps were giving me error messages. Is that normal for the Curve or is this one just a fluke?

2) Is there a way to get internet browser pages to NOT be centered? Any website that I go on centers all the text, and I find it annoying.

3) Should I turn my firewall on? Will that prevent me from using anything? It was shortly after I turned the firewall on that I had to do the Handheld wipe.

4) Is the browser that comes with the phone secure?

5) Do you have to get antivirus software for your phone and run virus checks like you do on a computer?

1) Definitely NOT normal. Something to keep an eye one.

2) No idea on that one.

3) I have never turned the firewall on on either phone. It's isn't
a firewall in the sense that the one on your PC is. It's main
function is to block SMS/MMS, Enterprise Email and Internet Svc.

4) Yes, but always exercise the same cautions you would
when using a PC

5) No. There are no known viruses for the BB. And I doubt there
is even a viable anti-virus application on the market.

2) Options>General Properties>Default View=Column

Then check your settings:

Options>Browser Configuration>

Check all boxes (I leave java popups unchecked) with images = On WML & HTML then Emulation = Blackberry

Save your settings, the restart browser.
