    I have the 8310 and I was wondering if there is an upgrade for the OS?

    First you need to see what version of OS you have Options -- About...

    Then check what is newest version, install Desktop Menager and this software, delete vendor.xml file and you ready to upgrade...

    And upgrade can tak up to hour so you need to be patient...

    I did all of the above and when I connect the device to my PC and start my DM and then nothing happens...
    how do I put the new OS on my blackberry?
