how to retrieve information

I have service with MetroPCS and I just erased all my information by trying to unluck my phone. please help me to retrieve my old data, email and pictures.

if you did not do a backup of any of it whether it is online or on your pc then its all gone.

Yep, everything is gone if you made no backup... Had the same problem before a while. Since that day I backup my berry nearly daily.
