So basically I lost my phone at work yesterday where anyone could have grabbed it. It was a Sprint BB 8330. I already called them to accept incoming calls but restrict outgoing calls. I also had GPS on before I lost it. Is there anything I can do/anyone I can call to track it? Thanks.
Unless you installed tracking software before you lost the phone, no, there's no way to track it, unless you are a BES user. In that case, your BES admin may have the ability to track the location.
Yes, I installed tracking software.... but I'm not sure if the software actually has to be ACTIVE while the phone is lost... I doubt it runs in the background?
What's the name of the tracking software that has a satellite for an icon?
Edit: It's called Instamapper.... and it's not showing anything for me because the program isn't on, as I thought. Am I SOL?
