i have the curve(8330) and want to get the 8350i. my company uses ptt and wants me to go back.

    i have two questions...

    1. how much more is the ptt addon to my current data plan? i have the $40 bes plan now.

    2. can i keep the 8330 and re activate it fairly easy when i travel?(maybe 2-3 times a year). iden coverage is good in town but outside of town it sucked.

    Thanks, Cody

If you get an Everything Data plan it cost nothing....zero!

    Every Thing Data +450 minutes = $70
    Every Thing Data +900 minutes = $90
    Every Thing Data +unlimited minutes = $100

No as you would effectively be porting your number back and forth from Nextel to Sprint.

What about keep your current curve and create a new line just for Direct Connect? 10 bucks a month for a walkie talkie isn't bad, plus you can keep your current phone and no coverage issues. Cake + Ice cream = happiness.
