I recently scratched up my BB's screen and I'd like to know how difficult it is to change the screen. I plan on purchasing the screen on ebay. Is there a "How To" thread for screen replacements?

That video is as good as anything you'll find... it makes clear exactly what needs to be done to remove the faceplate.

No it's not. Some of us would rather have a photo that we can see instead of of video. I'm not a video guy. In that video, the guy was bit rough too. Notice that when trying to force off the nameplate at the bottom he actually slipped twice with that screwdriver... a great way to scratch something.
