I am on sprint and need to delete my phone number too...I don't know what a SIM card is...is there a different way to wipe out the phone number for sprint?

with sprint it gets kinda tricky, you need to wipe and reload your os, cause you don't have a sim card

This is work for Verizon too? I try uninstalling the OS and got the error 507. I reloaded the OS and the number is still there.
