    I recently downloaded antitheft app premium on my bb,it then rebooted and i took off my battery and after i put it back on a blue screen appeared that says enter password and notify the owner i never set the password and apperently the password is pass if you never changed your current password now my phone has logged me out completely pls help

    Looks like a wipe and reload of the OS.
