Well if you have a blackberry data plan there should be a folder called "Setup" in here you should fine Setup Wizard, Set up Wi-FI(if applicable), Email Settings, and Set up Bluetooth(if applicable). If not there try resending service books. Might also want to try just pulling your battery.

Yeah, you need BIS (BlackBerry Internet Service). If you do, look for the "Setup" folder and go to "Email Setup."

You'll be able to setup different e-mails from there.
