I just recieved my replacement phone and before I ship my old phone back I want to make sure I clear out all personal information. So far I have been deleting my contacts one by one. PLEASE tell me there is a more easier way to do this and that I am just over looking that DELETE key somewhere.

Wipe the phone entirely. Options...Security Options...General Settings. Press the Menu key and select Wipe Handheld. Follow the prompts and you should be good to go.
