i had problem with my rim
does anyone now how to "crack" rim
coz i bought my phone bb8320 (Tmobile) as new but i didn't realize
my phone as a second hand & registered by any person before me.
in my city ( jakarta, indonesia ) this is re occurent problem.
would you help me please

You need to contact the original owner of the device, the ESN is probably locked, usually due the the person not paying their bill...

Or your carrier can activate it but if there is money owed to them or another carrier it must be cleared before they will activate it.
