Housing Question
Hey guys just a quick question about a housing. I wanna convert my vzw curve to the titanium colored one from CNN.CN this one to be exact
BlackBerry Curve 8330 OEM Titanium full housing Version 2- LG, Panasonic, Nokia, Sony, Mobiado, Alcatel, Accessories Store, Microsoft, Sony
it says that the mid plate is bare and i would have to have transfer the speaker and connection points and antenna well my question is cant i use the mid plate from my current curve to avoid having to transfer the speaker and what not?

ive been wondering about that too. it should seem that you can just change the faceplates and keep the mid plate the same? idk.

I have just changed the housing on my 8310 a couple times and kept the midplate intact. It worked fine for me.

Bought 2 housings from Truesupplier - The best mobile phone and PDA accessories wholesale CO. they were full housings with midplate. I have used one WITH the new plate and one without. They both worked fine. One black and one blue.

i want to know if truesupplier sticks to their name. i want a grey housing for my phone, but i want to keep my black trackball, black lens, and black keyboard. i think it would look cool? maybe? but if the kit contains what is says it does, im going to buy it in the next 10 minutes.
(ps, anyone think that the grey housing with black lens, keyboard, and ball would look okay? haha)

My experience has been really good. 10 minutes isn't much time for feedback from others. HAHA! I have placed several orders with them. Always been fine. Takes about 10-14 business days to get the orders. Mine have all been around 10.

haha yeah, the 8330 in silver has the black keys and the black keyboard, so i figured a dark grey also?

Make sure if you need 8330 u order 8330 housing. Some say they may not be compatible or interchangable with other 8300 series.

8330 housing is the unique one in the 8300 series, the shape of screen and center keys adjacent to TB is different from the other, earlier Curves.
Titanium Curves do have the black keys standard.
