for some strange reason i can't receive calls it goes straight to my voice mail and when i tried to call myself through the dc it said user busy when i wasn't even using my phone at first i thought it had something to do with the service books so i deleted them and reinstalled them but nothing any ideas ?
i can make calls by the way just can't receive them for some reason

you will always get that when you DC yourself..... YOUR BUSY!!!

if you have shangmail installed, there is your issue, there are threads already about it

no i mean i tried to call myself through another phone but yes i do have it installed so you think that is the issue ? i also have instantgo installed

There is a network problem right now for us in th NY NJ area if that helps. They are aware and working on it.

also once in a while there is something that appears and says network error check your network settings or signal level or something like that any ideas ?

i just read another thread with the same problem as mine and it was shangmail one question how can i delete it ? also is there another alternative besides shangmail ?
