    I think I have done everything I logged in tmobile set accts took out battery

    I FINALLY REALIZED T MOBILE NEVER SWITCHED IT EVEN THOUGH I CALLED AND SENT SERVICE BOOKS

    I'm confused, is it working correctly now, or not?

    If you've ported from AT&T to T-Mobile, once done, have them (T-Mobile) send you the service books, or do it yourself. Log into the T-Mobile BIS site, select 'support for my device' / setup internet email / service books / send service books.

    BUT, wait till the port is COMPLETE before doing this...
