I took apart my bb to change my housing and after i put it back together, everything worked except the speaker. the caller can hear me, but i can't hear the caller.

any idea of what i might have done wrong? how to fix?

okay so after i took a long, long break from trying to fix it (the more i tried to put it back together, the more things stopped working) and what i ended up doing was keeping the original piece (between the housing-the 2nd part) on. so my phone is pink but it has the black trim (hope that makes sense)

now everything works, no more problems whatsoever! also, i couldn't get the lock & mute buttons at top to work and then i realized what i needed to do was remove the little stickers on the inside and transfer them over to the new housing and voila! now everything works as normal, and i still get my cute pink housing! i am very happy!!
