1. how do I set up email with logicmail?

2. where do I find the server or whatever for like gmail and hotmail? like how will I know?

btw I have wifi I dont know if it matters, but I dont have data plan.

You can go here on your phone, so you can directly install it on your phone. Lucky for you, LogicMail app works with just WiFI, you don't need to have a data plan.
