help! My mom's phone's data services aren't working...it's only working when we're connected to the WiFi at our house. When I turn it off, nothing else works except texts and calls.

BBM's / emails won't work; I did the host routing table and that wasn't working either. Can anyone help me or have any suggestions?

Try Battery Pull.
If that doesn't help, I would contact your carrier and ask them. Or you could try and log into your BIS account, for which ever carrier you have, and try resending the service books that way.

Are you data services working on your device?

Mine is other way round...

Wifi does not work with data services on. if i keep it on it deducts balance form my pre paid connection.

Try resending service books on both devices on her device.

For the payg one, make sure to set browser to Hotspot (not Internet, not WAP). Also avoid apps that do not use Wi-Fi.

I went through this exact same problem during the first five days of last week. Mine is prepaid though, maybe it's just a server issue? Mine is doing better now. Hope you get it sorted out!
