I just got my replacement 8350i and my new one does not have the password keeper icon, and I am pretty sure it is a core application. Any way I can solve this and get it installed?
thanks
Ric

I think you have to have a password set on the BB itself for that to work, but I could be wrong!

Your replacement is probably a refurb. Try looking in the applications folder. Also unhide or show all the icons
