Hello....I am having a problem with my BB 8310....the keyboard is not typing the letters I type. It is like it has a mind of its own! some letters are correct, but others are wrong, and for some it will type 2 letters for every 1 I push.
anyone have this problem before....what can I do to fix it?

Did your bb get wet or dropped? If not check your available memory, do a battery pull, and if it is still happening might try wiping the handheld and reloading the OS.

Sounds like moisture damage. It doesn't take much.
Wet hands, wet hair, sweaty pocket, steamy bathroom, high humidity environment, etc.
That happened to mine after getting wet. Take your battery apart (and if you know how, take your casing off) and let it sit for a few hours. After mine dried out for a few hours it worked like my trusted Blackberry!
This happened w mine as well due to water damage. It continued for several days when I would pop the battery back in to check it every once and a while. Hopefully it will clear up if this is the cause!
