    HELP! Keyboard not lighting up/ Video/ camera not working.

    I have a new BB 8330, and my camera randomly stopped working. It worked before, this is why im so confused. Also, my keyboard is not lighting up in the dark making it near impossible to send emails/ texts. can anyone help me?

    I've also wiped the phone twice, along with numerous battery pulls.
