Okay. So, I'm not a blackberry user but I need to know how to distinguish how the threads work. What icon would they be under. What does it look like? Please help.:p

I don't quite understand the question. Could you please rephrase?

It appears we have a jealous lover on the lookout for a cheating BF.
am i rite?
BBM says BlackBerry Messenger, that would be the IM of choice on the BlackBerry. The other icons, such as AIM, Yahoo!, MSN aka Windows Live, all have the same icons as their desktop counterparts.
Various IM clients that composite the above, such as Beejive and IM+, have their own icons. Beejive is represented by a honey-comb shape, IM+ is self-explanatory.
For messages, refer to the Messages icon or the SMS/MMS icon.
On a bigger picture, it seems you have trust issues and should not be overly concerned over something as minute as chatting with someone else. He wants to be part of your life, and not all of it. And it should be vice versa as well.
Just leave him alone....whatever you do....don't touch the BB...you'll screw things up and jak up the device by hittin the wrong buttons

I wasn't asking for your marriage counselling....just how to work the blackberry to see if there are IM's that can help me. By the way...it's never as simple as chatting with someone else. Typically, when a wife is being stalked & abused, there is more going on than just chatting....so thanks anyway.

bajanbastard: Thanks for looking at my question. I'm not familiar with the terms...sorry. I'm under the impression that when I look at my TMobile usage (service is with TMO) I can view texts sent/received but I was told that the IM's are not posted on the usage log because they are used through the data service. So I just wanted to know how can I look up to see if there are any BB IM's that I should know about.
Does this clarify a little better?
Thanks for listening.

Either trust him or break up with him but leave the Blackberry out of it.
You can see phone numbers and text message numbers on the bill. Everything else sent to and from a Blackberry is protected and you will not be able to view that data through your account.
If your that concern ask him...

If you don't trust the person you're with, forget the phone and forget the relationship. No trust = no future.
Leave the phone alone.
What if he got on here and was asking how to go through your purse???
lmao...........whats phone got to do with it?......to the tina turner tune
As Jim Carey said in Liar Liar...Hit me again Ike, and this time put some stank on it! :D
That is great! I agree, stay away from his phone. If you are implying that he abusing you than I suggest you call the police...we can't help you.
Its people like the OP that make me glad i have a password lock on my phone.
Now that's no joke! :D
My passwords, bank details, sms/mms/emails are all safe
Simple answer is, it depends.
Also, IM "conversations" are not necessarily saved. So even if you did push the right buttons, it doesn't mean you'd uncover anything.
Just ask him!
Oh and if he's a BB user, chances are he's read this!!
