I have the Curve 8530 for Verizon and the icon at the top is showing that I have an email, but I don't. How can I make the Icon go away? I've already deleted all my messages, turned off my blackberry, and even taken the battery out and put back in. Nothing has worked so far. Any suggestions would be helpful.

Scroll to the top of the messages list, press menu then mark all read.

If that doesnt work press menu then folders and view your saved items folder to make sure there isnt one in there.

Thank you, It was in my saved folder. Guess i hit save by accident. Thanks again for the help, it was making me crazy.
