Okay, so my husband has my old BB Curve 8310. He's never downloaded any pics from his BB to his computer. We plugged the phone into the PC but didn't get the box comes up that asks which program you want to use to download pics. I've tried everything and can't figure out what the problem is. I'm sure it's a simple fix but need some help/suggestions.

Are the pix stored in device memory or a media card? If on media card, you should just be able to connect to the PC with any USB cable (making sure Mass Storage Mode = On/Prompt) and see the BlackBerry media card like any SD card. If the pix are in device memory, I think you need Desktop Manager with Roxio to "see" the pix.
