Today I upgraded from a pearl to the curve and now I am having issues.
1. Some of my emails are able to be deleted only, while others give the standard delete on handheld and/or on computer as well...how do I get this second option to show up each time?
2. I downloaded a ringtone on crackberry and it is saved, but it won't play.
3. NOw I can't send some emails, or reply to some (I am using 2 emails addresses)....one only gives me a save draft option, no send...I tried reregistering...do I need to do this each time I take out the battery?
I'm not an expert by any means but here goes.
You could log into your BIS & delete the emails you have there. Do a battery pull on the phone and then set up the emails again.
Hopefully this time the phone & BIS will play nice w/ each other.
