there's a one-year warranty right? or does that not cover the above defect/only applies if purchased from RIM? i bought it from sprint and returned it within 30-days, but they wouldn't accept the phone because of the defect. solutions? please cite sources if you can. thanks. i'm no longer with sprint. we switched back to verizon before the 30-days and before we brought the screen in to try to repair/return it.
