I'm using my Gmail account as default account on my BB. The problem is wnever I want to send a file (.pdf/.mp3) which is around 4-5 mb in size, it displays me an error stating "The selected file excceds the maximum allowed attachment size". Can ny1 here pls help me in solving this issue. Also, can ny1 tell me what's the maximum attachment size which I can send from my BB.. Thnxx a lot in advance!

Oh lol! Thnxx fr d help! Bt can u pls answer 1 more question.. Is this the limit fr both sending nd reciving? I mean neither can I receive or nor I can send attachment more than 3mb limit?? :S

Please try and type out your question in full next time. Abbreviations are very difficult to figure out at times.

I believe that limit is for both. You cannot send or download attachments larger than 3mb. You can, however, receive emails larger than that - such as an email with a lot of text.
