Hello, Im new to these forums and Im hoping to find some assistance with a problem Im having.
I have a Blackberry curve 8330 with Verizon.
Ive had it almost a month.
When I first got the phone I was able to access the "Help" app with no problem...But in the past week, every time I click on it I get "HTTP Error 404: Not found The page you are trying to load could not be found. Please try loading a different page".
At first I thought that maybe it was a server problem, but today I noticed that my wife's curve (Which she got at the same time as me) allows her access to the "help" app.
Ive also noticed that I get the same problem when I go into the "Setup wizard" and click on the "Shortcuts" option, the "introduction to Blackberry" option and the "Did you know?" option.
Iva already tried removing the battery and doing a hard reboot....THe problem still persists.
