    So I cleared out the cache and cookies I dunno what to do ive had this problem before but it was just like a one time issue then it was fine on its own. Oh and can any one help me trying to upgrade to 4.5 os the site i was given has no link from the verizon website to download it.

    Deal with one problem at a time. Get the device working properly, then think about software upgrades.

    Start with a battery pull (hard reset). If this doesn't fix it re-register (Options/Advanced/Host Routing Table /Menu...) and re-send your service books from your BIS server.

    There should be a sticky thread at the top of the 8330 message board to guide you on upgrading software.

    Have a computer? If so install Desktop Manager for the Blackberry and it will scan your phone and upgrade your OS on your own. If you don't want the newest one and just 4.5 here's a link.
