I'll never understand why people ask for opinions and then whine when they get them. You can't say, "Give me your honest opinion...but make sure it's a nice, honest opinion that demonstrates approval." If you're only after approval then only ask your friends for their "honest" opinions. Clearly they're the only ones willing to lie to your face about the unfortunate, sparkly, hideousness that is your 8900.

The whole, "I feel bad for someone who finds it necessary to put others down. They're clearly compensating for a major shortcoming." That's the ultimate 'I feel like a moron but now I have to defend myself' come back. That's like anti-bully propaganda they feed the nerds in second grade to make them feel better about being nerds. It's not a good look when you're not in grade school.

And I've often wondered about the inadequacies of a woman who finds it necessary to flaunt a cell phone fashion trend that died five years ago. Not feeling girly enough?

My honest opinion? That phone is almost as tacky as that manicure.

I think that we all know that our blackberry is an extension of ourselves. That might be why we are always looking for ways to make it unique. I think what you have done is clever, not for me, but that doesnt matter. Good job!

girls always like to make their phones pretty. and we cant blame them. its not that they dont feel girly enough its just that they want it to look nice. its like saying why do guys put chrome rims or aftermarket rims on their cars? to make it look good!

i have a curve 8900 and i disliked the silver bezel on it so i customized it .. as well as my battery cover. so now its all black and it looks great!!

wow...i'm amazed at how mean some people are..bb's are meant to be this or meant to be that..it's meant to be what you want it to be geez...i myself think it's beautiful and she did a wonderful job...i actually just purchased a case very much like this but in pink stones and i cant wait to get it...i'd love to show pics but after this i'm not so sure..you can say you dont like something without being so mean.

About the rhinestones, yeah it's not something I would put on my phone because I'm pretty simple and not very girly at all..but I do appreciate the talent! You did a really good job, esp with the pattern on the back. I bet that took a lot of time.

Awesome job! It might not be for everyone but who cares right? As long as you like it that's all that matters! People always look at these sort of things and are too afraid to try out something different because they are too AFRAID about what others might think. That's pretty weak I think, because they live in a bubble always wondering if they try something new what are people going to think? Who cares what they think.

I don't agree that BBs are just for business, if they were, they would be boring. My 8900 is the first BB I have owned (and not my last) and boring it's not! So to say that it's only for business is kinda dumb.

But anyways, great job on it, you did a very profesional job with it.
