My cousin gave me his BB0 8300 Curve, but i dont know how to remove his email address and add mine. and the thing is too he had att and i have tmobile so i dont know if that makes any difference.

call tmobile and tell them u are the new owner of the phone. i bought mine used also and i had to call sprint to erase their bb account and install mine.

Give your cousin a call. Ask him to log in to the AT&T BIS site and remove the PIN from his email account. Also, he needs to call AT&T and ask them to release the PIN.

After that, you should be able to log into the T-Mo BIS site and set-up your email accounts.

No, I believe AT&T needs to be called, not T-Mo. Your cousin needs to call, he is the account holder of the PIN registered to your device.
