Ok I'm going out to europe and right know I have my push email, facebook and myspace all getting pushed. How do I disable them and turn them off completely so I don't get charged for data since I will have my laptop with me.

    Hi there,
ok so here's what you do...you go into netowrk options then mobile netowkr options then you change to : off when roaming and if you still want to use BB; and email etc. just turn on your Wifi outside of the country it works perfectly!
    glad to help

Depending on how long you are going, you could upgrade to an international data plan for the time that you are gone and then switch back to your regular plan. Shouldn't cost too much extra if you're going for a week or 2.

BBM use data and won't work with Wi-Fi. I save money when I travel to europe by adding the INT roaming data plan and remove it when I get back. Instead of calling, I BBM, PIN and email.
