What do I need to do. I am buying a Curve on Craigslist. Will my SIM card work? Do I have to change the PIN or re register it with anyone? I have had a Pearl since Feb. 09, but just buying a curve to play with. Please advise me what I need to do or not do. I do have the unlimited data plan. I'm with AT&T.
Yes it will take the SIM. No you can't change the PIN, it's unique to each device. If it's an Att carrier phone already, just register it through the Att BIS site:
If it was previously with another carrier, you must first unlock it. The person your purchasing it from should be able to contact their carrier, and take care of that for you.
