I recently bought a new blackberry curve 9300 with the purple rim around November 2010. I love it to death but ever since I've had it, it tends to crash after uploading photos to facebook. After it crashes, I'll turn it off and then on again and then the icons that would normally show while viewing your photos will still be there. I will have to turn it off and on a number of times again before it finally tells me that there has been an app error and resets. What should I do? The last couple days it's happened every time I upload a photo.
This is a problem for a lot of us. Our 9300 crashes pretty much every time we upload a photo to Facebook, and my 9700 recently started having this problem, but less frequently than the 9300:
Someone posted a potential workaround, but I haven't tried it yet. I'm not sure if there's a way to file a bug for something like this, as the carrier won't have a clue, and on the Blackberry Forums I didn't get any response.
