I am trying to transfer a video clip .mpg from my computer to my phone via drag and drop. The file transfer went ok but when I try to access the clip on my 8330 it says that the format is not supported. What format should the clip be in?
So I tried the Mp4 format and still got an error mssg trying to play video. I then opened up my flix folder and looked through the vids taken with the phone (should have done this first) and got the format from there .3g2. I then downloaded a converter for that, let it auto-magically convert the file, moved the file to phone and video is playing great.
