I am trying to transfer a video clip .mpg from my computer to my phone via drag and drop. The file transfer went ok but when I try to access the clip on my 8330 it says that the format is not supported. What format should the clip be in?

I use MP4 formatted for Ipod.

thanks I'm sure I can find a program to re-format the file.
So I tried the Mp4 format and still got an error mssg trying to play video. I then opened up my flix folder and looked through the vids taken with the phone (should have done this first) and got the format from there .3g2. I then downloaded a converter for that, let it auto-magically convert the file, moved the file to phone and video is playing great.
Wouldn't it have to be 3GP?

all the files that were in my phone were 3g2 format. Using the Plato Video converter it worked.
