I was having trouble with the jvm 102 error. Everytime I clicked on the reset it would come back as another 102 error. I pulled the battery several times and turned the phone off. Each time the 102 error would come back. However when I held down the red hang up button and then clicked "reset" the phone came back fine. This worked twice for me and I haven't had a problem since.
Was this a fluke or is does this work for anyone else??
Blackberry curve 8310, with latest system.
